Photoshop Tutorial -1

Effects 1:
1. Open an image that you would like to manipulate. Make sure your image is in RGB mode. To check this, go to Image under the menu bar - Mode - RGB Color
2. Go to Filter > Artistic > Poster Edges.
3. Adjust the Brightness & Contrast with the values: Brightness Value: 10 Contrast: 30
4. Artistic cut out effect to give it that cartoon look. Go to Filter > Artistic > Cut Out.

Effects 2:
1. Open your canvas. Press D. (to set default foreground and background colors)

2. Press Alt+Backspace to fill the canvas with black color.

3. Create a new layer by clicking on the 'Create a new layer' icon at the bottom of the layers panel.
4. Select the Elliptical marquee tool from the toolbar, with the shift key down draw a circle on the canvas. The circle is marked with a dashed line.
5. Click on the black foreground color on the toolbar and select your favorite color, I selected blue.

6.Now press Alt+Backspace, the circle is shaded with the color now.
7. Create another new layer the same way how you did in the first step.
8. Click on the brush tool on the toolbar, size=100,opacity=50,flow=50 andPress D to make the foreground color to black. With the brush paint gently around the ball.
9.Create a new layer.

10.Press x to set the foreground color to white. With the same sized brush paint the edge in the image and also shade the top of the ball.
